Discussion about 345 East 69th Street in Lenox Hill
Anyone know what the situation is with apt 17C? It has been on the market for such a long time and went to contract twice, without selling.

Maintenance seems a bit high. Anyone know what the story is with this building. Is it well run?

ITABAT - building is very well run. Reasonable board and friendly people. Building is fiscally conservative - no upgrades until necessary. Finances are extremely strong. 4% mx increases every year like clockwork, never higher, never lower. Building has never had capital assessment in history and owns all its retail stores. There is a fuel surcharge that has been in effect for a few years, but it is baked into the 4%, just broken out separately on your bill.
