Eddy Albert buys this because his wife, Ava Gabor, wont move out the country.
That terrace is perfect for alfalfa.
Put in a call to Mr. Haney for seed and fertilizer

it will be interesting how market ultimately values this. But I can buy early-mid 2006 levels or around 1.45-1.5m or so for this based on sales price. That would mean a 12-15% rise until 2007 peak and here we are around down 15% from peak now, after a reflation from worse trades at the height of the crisis
