Living next door to superintendent

Discussion about
Looking t buy in a coop. Holding all else the same, is a unit more or less valued if the super lives right next door? Any other issues regarding supers that comes to mind? Thanks

Stinks!
You get to hear the knocking on his door and risk driving yourself crazy after you realize he's not in the building as much as you'd like. Lastly it dawns on you , that you bought in the least expensive part of the building because that's where the super lives.
