Discussion about 325 East 72nd Street #2D
This renovation looks nice. I'm guessing it's stuck around for so long because (1) the dimensions of the bedrooms are weird and (2) the second bathroom is only a half bath. Thoughts? Thank you.

My two cents...

1) Small Bedrooms
2) Jack and Jill bathroom between two bedrooms
3) In suite powder room kind of defeats the purpose of having a powder room.
