Discussion about
I notice that many of the QoQ and YoY increases cited in the report don't always match up. For instance, Q4 2010 says median co-op resales for below 34th street fell 3.9% from Q3 2010 but increased 13.3% over Q4 2009. However, when checking the numbers, Q4 2010=645,000, Q3 2010=686,250, and Q4 2009=603,500. This equals a fall of 6% from Q3 2009, and an increase of 7% from one year ago. Significantly different than what the report states. Are the numbers correct? Or the percentages? There are many other percentage discrepancies throughout the report.

in SE reports? I know that I noticed these kinds of errors in the firms' published quarterly reports, and the answer given to me is that delayed ACRIS closings were later put in revising the prior or earlier qtr data.

Yes, these are from Street Easy's published quarterly reports. Thanks for the explanation.
