Appliance Service Contract

Our apartment is about 25 years old and we have relatively old appliances (10 years or so) and wall A/C units (these might be original to the apt). Is anyone familiar with a reputable appliance service company that offers annual service/repair contracts in Manhattan? thank you

LoveBPC: for wall a/c units, "Hamilton Air" is very good and reliable. No contract needed.

for appliances, somebody else here on SE will probably have a reco. for you.
