Making my Résumé more RE-friendly

Hi I'm looking to apply for real estate-related jobs (i.e. working for a landlord, showing apartments, etc). My background is more in business / finance, and my résumé reflects this, though I do have some experience as a residential broker. Any good sites or services to help me adjust my CV to be more appealing to hirers? (And I should probably ask: will the résumé matter much?) Any other advice? Thanks for your time.
