Noticed on Zillow that there was a large number of units for sale in The Regatta with a plummeting home value esp. over the last year. Now I understand that the ground rent will increase 3% a year for the next 15 years set to commence in 2011. Is this the sole driver for these sales? Are there any unusual terms that exist for buying in this building?
