Discussion about
unprofessional and deserves no respect. He cashed a broker fee before submitting my board application package on a co-op rental. Stay away from this creep.

Let me also be clear in saying that David Rossman cashed a checking before submitting my application or approval. I was verbally told by him the package was complete. David told me he was going to overnight the package to the board. This was never done - 5 days later I had no follow up from him. When I finally contacted him, he then said he was missing a reference letter - lie. He then started one smoke screen story after another. I immediately new I had been conned and withdrew my application. I demanded the immediate return of my funds. David then told me he didn't have time to return for a week. He then went on to tell me that I should be happy he had several interested parties for the apartment which I had applied to. This guy is a total creep. I think everyone needs to know about DAVID ROSSMAN. When my attorney called him, he was extremely rude and hung up on her.

Really, ------- (ed.)? this is how it's done. perhaps this guy is a bad apple, but in a fair amount of transactions, fee's must change hands before the deal is sealed, or there is no deal.
