Grilling in Clinton in outdoor space?

Discussion about
Anyone know the rules for being able to grill in Clinton/Hell's Kitchen? We just bought a place with an oudoor garden on 1st floor. can we grill?

No open-flame grilling (charcoal, gas, etc.) on any structures in Manhattan, unless via fixed gas line (no tank or canister) and in compliance with various fire code requirements, including building permit and inspection (distance from combustible materials, etc.)

Not a City issue if the garden is actual ground-level, rather than on a structure.

Other grilling (e.g. electric grill) as per your coop/condo rules.

And it's just Hell's Kitchen, unless you're a zombie!

To clarify- not an issue if on ground floor in a garden and condo permits?
