I have seen over 40 apt's with outdoor space over the last 12 months and these units have just been sitting. Any idea why? From a price/quality perspective them seem in the ballpark, maybe 15% over but i am sure they have had offers. Anything else i am missing?

Everyone loves terraces that look out over Church which is a really quaint street.
