Discussion about 10 West End Avenue in Lincoln Square
The lady trying to sell her apartment for $1.8m has not been able to sell it because it's over priced !!! Two brokers told us that the realistic price should be $1.6m ! We were told that 70 people had seen the apartment. We didn't notice the truffle smell at all !
