Discussion about
Well, we decided to rent at the big Glenwood Pavilion bldg on York. Large 3BR/2BA apt with dining alcove & foyer, high floor, good unobstructed view/light, north & west facing, small outdoor terrace. Bedrooms are large, e.g., the smallest is 15x10, the other two are 18x11. Large L-shaped marble renovated kitchen with window. Bathrooms are smallish and formica topped/unrenovated for some reason. Very good closet space. We signed a two-year lease at $6600. How'd we do?

Enjoy- as a previous tenant (post sale and before buying), you did very well on the $$$ rent. Although the ceilings are low, the building is so big it has its own zip code, the corridors are noisy and at times dirty, the joy of hearing your neighbors fights, love and kids playing was stimulating but not my preference for a long term residence. You might find it pleasant and uplifting.

Couldnt say, don't know enough about building, but based on size vs price alone, sounds good. York is pretty far east though and that's where the best prices usually are.

Also this building must be very different based by how high a floor and direction facing as this summer had wide fluctuations in price for 3bed/2bath
August $6595
