Is this a good building to have kids?

There're twice as many two-bedrooms as one-bedrooms, and no studios, so likely to lean toward family-friendly.

Then again, it could be full of aged couples with spare rooms.

how much of a bother is the traffic in front of the building to the residents in the building? any noise complaints, extra dust, etc.?
