tribecasearch, i'm way too lazy to look it up in acris, but this building began sales in 2005 and started closings in 2007. most 2007 closings are likely 2005 contracts.

having said that, the unit hasn't sold. a few units sold in november, but it's been a long hard slog to resell in this building.

Might have something to do with the fact that it's had scaffolding around the entrance since the day they CO'd and started moving in...hmm, can I pay $2k/sq. ft. to live with that??? Sounds like fun to me when you also get the added perk of smelling seared cattle all day long...

The construction on Chambers and new emergency care facility in the building probably aren't helping either. And in case you thought he/she was joking, I understand that beef smell is for real.

The Palm is downstairs and the guy in charge of the HVAC system was apparently a practical joker.

I like that they are still trying to sell the financial district as Tribeca. My favorite are the battery park city towers named "Tribeca".
