At first glance I thought it was OK for six bedrooms, but it has the highest maintenance of all 16: http://streeteasy.com/nyc/sales/nyc/type:P1%7Cbeds:6

Ninth-highest asking price of the 16. It'd make a nice shrine to 1980s design, with all those curving walls.

What's oddest is the seller trying to make a couple million on it after holding it less than two years.
