Does any one know what is happening with this apt with gorssly overstated sq footage? When we saw it a few months back, the broker tried to push me to make an offer higher than the current listing saying that they already have a better than listing offer.

Gorgeous pics of a true New York loft.

But the floor plan is uber-confusing. So you have to walk through a windowless den from the kitchen, through another windowless room to get to the master bedroom? And there's a -- kitchen (???) -- in the master bedroom before you get to the bathroom??
