Curbed's posts on the owner. The top article regards this building (Sky East) specifically. A Google search of his name (or some Curbed click-throughs) will reveal more interesting stuff, but since this is his "luxury" rental, the tenants might be treated better than in the stabilized buildings he he co-owns and manages (though he won't admit it), and I haven't heard construction complaints like in the A Building.

this is a placeholder listing, not an actual apartment sitting on the market for a year... in that building, an apartment lasts about a week to two weeks tops. They are usually chopped up and converted into 3 or 4 or 6 bedrooms.

Cool building, roof deck. Great location, nice doormen. A good alternative to Stuy Town.
