It appears to be renovated about 9 or 10 years ago. If you wanted more than 1 bed, it would need significant work.

Prob 1.7mm. Needs gut reno including central ac and front windows. Reno at least 20 years old. Crazy maintenance with no services. Second floor sold for 1.7mm recently, needed gut reno, but had 13 foot ceilings and beautiful floor to ceiling front windows.

Wow! I'm really surprised - I assumed when I had seen the floor plan with windows at either end AND those five side windows the light would be really great....

Side windows look into the wall. Back windows are very close to a tall building at the back. Overall light is not so bad. Big structural downside is central ac and the location of bathrooms. It is gut reno with structural changes. Looks like will be 400-700K for basic-high end reno.

Here is a comp for fully finished apartment. $2,050,000. Add 5% for better market conditions.

I love Kylewest but I think his sweet spot is prewars on Lower Fifth. I am not sure if he'll know this building but I hope he does.

Does any one know more about the weird raised platform? I would think you have to take it down to add a bedroom.
