One bedrooms are now 95k LESS than they were in early 2009, and studios 62,500 less. Even if you go for mid-2009, its 30-35k down apiece.

The medians are actually the lowest they've been since way before the crash... NOW

Prices have been moving higher ever since and have ramped up in the last 6 months. please stop this silliness. Wait until this time next year and try finding an under 500k condo. Won't be there. Then try to find an under 600k condo in 2013(when inventory is halved). Won't be there.

This says more companies plan to hire, not the amount of people they will hire. "Most in 12 years" makes it sound like we will have 350k new jobs a month, like 1999. In fact, we could have 1/3 that and still have the highest number of FIRMS wanting to hire.
