I wish all the information in these postings, particularly the two lawsuits filed (one by the board, and more importantly, one AGAINST the board) had been brought to our attention earlier. One would think the Board of this building would let owners know specifically what kind of lawsuit we are paying for. But both the Board and the Management Company, Coopers Square, operates like a dictatorship. We need to get rid of both the Board and the Management Company. Enough is enough. This is a gorgeous building in a great neighborhood but it is being ruined by this Board. (And by Coopers Square, which simply acts as a puppet for the Board members and could care less about the other several hundred owners, despite their legal duties.) I also think we need to rally around the owner who was brave enough to file a lawsuit against this condo board. Please, if you live at the Link, and especially if you own at the Link, read the links to the two lawsuits. If you are short on time, read the one filed by the owner Ms. Pomerance first.
