OMG! I sees the first slide, and I says to myself I says "Boise? I thought Boise is one of those unpretentious places where few people overextended themselves or believed the leprechauns were coming soon. How could Boise have 1 in 21 houses in foreclosure?" Then I clicks on the next slide, and the next, and it gets worse and worse.

Fortunately, Long Island City isn't a metro area.

You can see perfidiotz's house in the last metro slide, where 1 of 9 houses is in foreclosure. And I believe that number just means currently, and doesn't include those that have passed through that process in the past few years. It's the one with the greenpool, near the dried-up fake lake.
