Discussion about
I was really digging West 80th today between Amsterdam and Columbus. Many of the townhouses seem to be either owned/managed by Pine rentals or small co-ops.

Why did you even go outside? It's a snow day.

nyc10023, that is a great block! I very nearly bought in one of those small co-ops.

I was DROOLING over the north side (127-133) Neville & Bagge and there's another batch of 4 further west on the same block.

As hard as it is for me to commute around in, this was one of the pretty snow days.
When the the snow is just layered on every branch on every tree.
THis morning was really pretty, I didn't even mind having to drive slow.

I used to live on W 9th between 5th and 6th. That's a lovely block in the snow, especially during the holidays when the block association has decorated all the buildings with gorgeous wreaths and garlands.

Right now, I absolutely love walking along RSD (I know, I know--not exactly a 'block') in the snow, especially from around 86th up to 116th. With the park/river on one side and the beautiful pre-wars on the other, it looks especially magical dressed in white.
