They're OK. They have the same apartments as brokers do and provide a decent service. They just pre-charge you $10 per day to work with them even if you don't find an apartment but they do try to find you an apartment. Sometimes hard to reach though.

Horrible, my roommate used them called on an AD and got nothing since the liar Brooke took our money BEWARE!SCAM!

They're pretty good. They have a lot of listings you can't find anywhere else. They're just a little slow on e-mail support.
But for $85 who can complain...
