stay away from this building and landlord they post on craigslist for 'roommates' and are a total fraud the rooms have no heat or internet and are illegal sublets the manager christina 917 685 3767 and super john 917 407 1706 make promises that are not kept avoid this building the ag is on to them

Did you have a room to stay in? Or was this a total scam where they stole your money? We're looking to do a 12 day stay with them
