Hmmm. . . some good points there. The RE market is local, and in NYC it's block by block. All good stuff goes fast: cars, houses, jewelry, even the best sweater. Mediocre stuff always sits.
I think NYC will be fine. It's my other properties in other states that suck . . .

The whole things is silly. If we are talking about housing, to the average American, they want one house. At this stage, they don't want to be bullish, they don't want to be bearish, they want to find something affordable as this is their house
