Discussion about 10 West End Avenue in Lincoln Square
I live in this building and absolutely love it. It has great gym and facilities, the staff is incredible and the view is spectacular and I can watch the sunset everyday.

I had mine rented on the first year and got a 1 year advance payment for my unit. I was able to get another lease late last year with one year advance. The view is still great.
