I actually feel for the sellers at urban glass. They got a one-two punch between the economy and dept of sanitation. Hopefully the "west soho" rezoning and subsequent redevelopment helps. Barring the tower o garbage and UPS, I love this neighborhood.

Units in the building seem to be moving with 2 closed and 2 in contract - UGH buyers and sellers are agreeing on value somewhere in the neighborhood of above 1,100-1,200 $/psf. Great value for a block away from prime Tribeca. 9C and 2C are priced in line, but 8A is just way out there at 1,626 $/sf.
