Discussion about 1991 Broadway #16BC
I honestly don't get brokers. You submit a listing with a clear pricing error and typos in the brokerbabble (I don't think I'd like a "curp of coffee"). And, for this, you're looking to earn tens of thousands of dollars in commission? Their job as overpaid middlemen is infuriating enough as is, without the constant reminders of the sloppy job that many of them do.

And it's been listed for a while.

Did that broker make a typo?

Off with their head!

That place has been on/off the market for two years. It didn't even help when Dolly Lenz mentioned that specific listing as 'good value' on TV (CNBC).

This broker has bigger issues to overcome selling this place than a typo. In fact, the typo might just draw interest to a listing that has long since become stale.

How about where the broker says "This is a Neighborhood which can support Twice this Price Easily" -- think about paying $37 million for this sh*thole.

Anyway, I saw this apartment 4 years ago -- awkward layout (bad combination) and really ugly (like the worst of the 80s). Probably most memorable in that it was owned by a minor celebrity (tv commercials, reality shows) -- pictures of her were in the apt.
