Is there any indication of what will go into the retail space at One Brooklyn Bridge Park?

the building is 1/2 full and has been on the market for 3+ years. so has the retail space and will stay that way for a while.

I see ab_ is as chipper as ever. OBBP had the third best sales in NYC last year (101 units sold at a median price of $860,000): http://www.propertyshark.com/Real-Estate-Reports/2011/01/21/top-ten-buildings-in-new-york-city-with-the-most-units-sold-in-2010/. Speaks for itself really. As for the retail space the last report from the sponsor indicated that there are 4 leases currently being negotiated. Two are restaurants, one is a market and the last is a niche type retailer. Hope they all come to fruition as it will be good to see the space start to move.
