Discussion about 477 Broome Street #43
This apt's main windows look out at a brick wall across the alley. It has two windows next to a vacant lot that look out on Wooster and are the only real windows in the space- does anyone know if there are plans to build there, which would leave this apt basically shut in? Also why is this listed at 1500 per sq foot when an apt sold in the bldg in Jan 2011 for around 1080 per sq foot? (looks like that apt had better views also?)

when spending so much money, one must always assume that lot-line windows over parking lots will eventually have buildings built on them.
