80 Metropolitan Avenue - Final Walk Through

Discussion about 80 Metropolitan Avenue in Williamsburg
I am doing my final walk through at 80 Met next week. I was wondering if anyone has found significant issues with their units and if they had a home inspector present at the walk-through. Any advice would be great!

My opinion is that spending a few hundred dollars to have an expert look over the unit is worth it given the magnitude of the investment you are making. I guess some sponsors are 'generous' in taking care of items you discover after you close, but why risk it.
