the existence of the rental broker community serves only as an impediment to owners and renters---rental brokers are worthless

That's a ridiculous statement. It's a good article, and there are plenty of bad brokers out there, as there are in any industry. But there are plenty of great brokers in this city.

Hopefully sites like this will ultimately give people information which helps them to select the better brokers.
