Hmm, anyone care to guess why the remaining 2 bedrooms not moving? I thought there is no tax abatement in this building, yet the listings show otherwise?

They are having trouble moving units in this conversion project and suspect prices may drop again. Think this area with bad public school and close to a bad neighborhood will have problems during a down turn in the economy with rising crime in the city? Also leery about the conversion project.

Why do you think the cc and taxes are so high?

On top of all the minuses mentioned already, have you seen the layouts? Yuk. Double yuk.

I disagree about the layouts- they are quite interesting and provide for tons of light. I think there are only 2 2BRs left? True, the taxes and cc are a bit high, but the price is lower than any other "new" construction on the UES.

Lack of closets... that's why they're not moving... The neighborhood is being re-gentrified, so it's not that.

Been hanging around there and it looks like it might be starting to de-regentrify. Omni developer is trying to hightail it out of there to close the place out while the market drops around them. They might pull off an escape. Still with those carrying costs and unusual layouts, prices need to come down more.

One of those buildings that is not keeping up with the upward trend in Manhattan property prices.
