Discussion about 301 East 62nd Street in Lenox Hill
I've been looking at alcove studios for a long time and recently purchased one in this building. The location is fantastic for subway commuting as well as for getting on and off the FDR...great shopping, restaurants and movies nearby. The apartment is large, sunny, with very ample closet space and best of all - low maintenance.

And your point is.......
the 5 bedroom does look like a great deal, with a surprisingly low maintenance for a 3 combo. which begs the question, what's wrong with this building? something to do with the 2nd ave subway?
Bridge?

Have you really just bought or more possibly selling your alcove studio, sallyANDBABY?
Sally's on crack.
Sally has found that there isn't room for her baby in her studio...
it's good that sally is trying to sell the studio rather than the baby.
that was my point
Sally who?
Sally baby cry, let your hair hang down
Saddest thing in the whole wide world is
To see your baby with another girl
Sally became a big model
she moved up to 62nd and 2nd
She had a studio apartment
and that's where she used to ball folk singers

dwell, was Lou Reed singing about Disco Sally of Studio fame? Hmmm.
I'm not trying to sell in the building and am really happy with my purchase as I saw a lot of crummy coops during my search....I hope none of you live in the building as you sound like a bunch of misanthropes...:)
Hi dwell: Lou was not singing about "Disco Sally".
As if it mattered.
