Sale at 350 East 77th Street #1L

WARNING INVESTIGATE ON YOUR OWN: I was interested in this building, however, I happened to pass by one evening, around the corner on first avenue between 77th and 78th St, west side of street, is a CLUB called "VUDU LOUNGE" it's some sort of red carpet thing, the police and paddy wagons where there and noisy as well as rowdy people, with loud mouths all over the street. I'm sure this is part of why this building hires security night guards, can't image that you won't hear noise all night long in this building especially if your in front of building. Went back another night late and found the same situation, the Korean grocery across street has a petition sort of thing with names of community board and Congressmen to call, this is a major major problem...........
