Discussion about
Why can't we easily view upcoming auctions? Disclosure seems limited or you need to pay and register with a website? Why don't banks release homes to the public for all to view? Finding foreclosures seems impossible but everyone seems still to be suffering?

bank owned are required to be on MLSLI when they're assigned for sale. Most are always on there. If you want to look at specific upcoming reos, go to pasreo.com for wells fargo, and google the bank then reo for those properties (chase reo, bank of america reo, etc.)
The subscription sites are a rip off if you are only seeking for sale foreclosures- they're on MLSLI.
Most of the property feeds on real estate websites provide all MLSLI access- just click on foreclosure or reo and they come up in the towns selected.
