Wow, does this apartment hold the record for longest on the market. Its been on longer than my 2 kids have been alive, combined! Would be interested to see what apartments have been on the longest for each neighborhood.

That's because the fine print is disturbing.

"The maintenance reflects a $2,044 per month rebate, for 36 months by the Seller"

....which puts monthly maintenance at $4600 a month and three years ago. Probably north of 5K now

It's still $4600 / month. We saw the apt a few months ago. Terrace is absolutely amazing. Floorplan is better than the idiotic drawing shows, but not great. Condition is probably the worst we have ever seen, ever. Needs new/replaced everything. Location is also not ideal (a ways east) and the maintenance is just a killer.
