in detroit, miami, phoenix maybe. in nyc, still has lots of room for an adjustment. whether it adjusts is another story. investing here will not provide any decent return.

when has "well, it CAN'T get any worse, can it?" been a smart investment strategy?

then again, when has anything public from goldman been a smart investment strategy? ;-)
