Discussion about
I'm looking to purchase an investment property, preferably in Queens or Brooklyn (prefer Queens). I'm looking for a co-op that I could rent out immediately (or could even have a current tenant). $300k or lower...whatever will yield the best for my investment. Is there a broker that perhaps specializes in this? Thanks!

Do co-ops in Queens/Brooklyn let you rent the unit out at your whim?

Some brokers will not only find but also manage your property, but I think it is better to find an experienced manager (who is likely a licensed broker) who will find you an apartment.

What kind of returns would you like to achieve?

Managing the property will not be an issue. I'm looking for a broker that really knows the area so if there is a broker that can help, please let me know.
