Im moving in here soon and ive deeply investigated the whole building like a freak. ha. Heres why- The place has two windows, which are barred and small, and get no light. There is no exit onto doughty street like the other townhouses, and the basement is a windowless chamber with low light and ventilation. There is only one exit and the barred windows make the place an unsafe prison. Much of the square footage is pointless hallways and awkward bits around the stairs, not to mention the 700sf basement which i mentioned earlier. The place needs an open plan, such as Townhouse C/F. If you want space, you got it, but you're practically trapped in 3 floors of a wondow lacking prison with this sucker.
