Old Sundari Lofts lot

Discussion about 158 Madison Avenue in Midtown South
Anyone know what's happening with the old Sundari Lofts lot, at 158 Madison? It was going into a T-shaped empty lot, extending to Madison, out to 32nd and 33rd streets. I now see that they're demolishing the neighboring building on 33rd to make way for something...anyone know what's going to be going up there?

37 story 109 unit condo designed by Ismael Levya - Madison frontage and 32nd frontage will be low-rise retail, the residential will be oriented toward 33rd Street, which has most of the frontage
