Are you saying the Griffon at 77 Park Avenue? If so, ive lived in that area for a number of years and LOVE IT....VERY SAFE...VERY CONVENIENT......i passed up a 1 bed at the Griffon in 1996 going for 175k! But am happy in the building im currently in also on park in the east 30s...
