The house is in terrible condition. No one has lived in it for over a year.The owner of the house tried to convert it to a two family.Never finished the job and just left things hanging. To add insult to injury, over the course of winter, the pipes burst all over the house. Terrible water damage that no one took care of. No drying or any sort of remediation had been done, so it's probably overrun by mold.In short- it's probably a knock down by now.
