Discussion about The Decora at 165 North 10th Street in Williamsburg
anyone think the maintenance will go up here? seems too low, too good to be true. i heard this is a sponsor building and that there's the possibility of whenever all the units (which were own to rent previously) get sold, that the maintenance will likely shoot up. also the listings say 710+ sqft for the 1br but a lot of the closed sales for these units say 668 sq ft. anyone care to chime in?
