Does anyone know about this bldg.? Two 2BR's just came on the market. Different layouts, priced almost identically. I know that one apartment went to contract seeral times without actually selling so I get a vibe that this bldg. might have some problems. The lobby is pretty uglt but the apts. are large and priced less than 900K for 2BR 2BA.
