I have an extra storage space that I would like to sell. It's 15 square feet and I'm asking 15k. Please email me at maxamill@hotmail.com with any questions. I'm available to show the space anytime. Thank you.

Are you serious? Aside from the ridiculous price, don't you have to own the apartment in order to own the storage space? And why, exactly, is this better than renting a manhattan storage unit with 24 hour access?

yes, I am serious. That is how much I bought the space for. Yes, you have to own an apt in the building to buy a storage space. It's better because it is more convenient being right downstairs and it also adds value to your apt. You obviously don't have an apt in the building...

Wouldn't you be more likely to find a buyer for your storage space by posting a flier inside the building, rather than on the *world wide web*?

urbangreener: Matt's suggestion is the best way to go. The laundry room is the best place to put it.
