Area with better schools

Discussion about
With the baby here, we are starting to think where we should relocate in the next few years. Currently live in chelsea. Not looking to move uptown. I think it will be downtown or brooklyn. Tribeca is too expensive. So its between battery park, financial district, williamsburg, brooklyn heights. Or any other suggestions.

I think for value, Spruce street can't be beat. It's a new school, but the closest to the Chancellor's office, so likely to be a favored child. The catchment area is pretty small, around City Hall + South Street seaport. Prices there never bounced.
