Jardanna... We have a son/family living in this building. they bought their first apartment there in the late 90s and because they liked the building, staff, location so much, bought a second larger apartment there in 2004. They sold their first apartment in a day by themselves to another person already in the building. But those might have been the heady days of real estate. Epiphany school is right across the street and that is another huge plus if you have children.

Thank you Rosina. Do you know if they are planning any renovations in the building or any other upgrades? The washers and dryers were recently upgraded. Does your son and family live on the 2nd avenue side of the building? Just curious about the noise?

They have a corner apartment that is both on second and 22nd. I really don't notice any noise at all but they are on a high floor. their first apartment was quite low and at the time 1-800-flowers was directly across the street (now gone), had delivery trucks coming and going all the time and i have to say i noticed the noise then.

What floor were they on...just out curiousity? 2nd ave is pretty busy.

i think their first apartment was on the 3rd or 4th floor.
