Discussion about 77 Bleecker Street #312
This seems expensive for the size and location....any thoughts on the value? I would have thought it would go for mid to low 5s

Seems more or less in line with the recent comps in the building, no? Keep in mind that some of the similar-looking building comps that are listed in the 5s have sleeping lofts with less than 5 1/2 foot ceiling height.

I like this floorplan. Kitchen is a good size, and dining room can conveniently double as an office with the separation from both the living space and the bedroom.
